Seems like it’d be helpful, since I’ve never RP’d him before and I write him pretty dark. 8D

This might be kinda long, so a read more for your sakes! <3

• When he was little, he was bullied for being scrawny. However, this never really affected him.
• He loves Celty because he can’t hold on to her.
• Annoying people is one of his favorite past times.
• He has a habit of losing or breaking his glasses.
• He also has a habit of being mugged. He’s rather or not as defenseless as a small child.
• Despite his friendliness, Shinra is not a naturally kind person. He’s a pragmatic kind of guy and will only be kind to people who he cares about.
• That being said, Shinra doesn’t usually care about people.
• He’s apathetic to most things, but he knows what to say! He is nothing if not polite, at the least.
• When he was little he kind of wanted to be a superhero.
• He had very, very mild asthma when he was pretty little.
• Although he loves Celty completely, he has had mild crushes on other people - boys and girls. Shinra doesn’t discriminate between gender.
• He’s twisted, but he knows he is, and he has fun with it.
• He likes bananas.
• He is in love with Celty, but also views her as a bit of a mother figure, due to his not having one.
• One of his favorite people to antagonize is Shizuo, despite the fact that the man could kill him with a poke.
• In fact, Shinra is a bit like Izaya in the verbal department, but he has no reason to be evil, so he isn’t.
• When he was little, however, he also considered being an evil mastermind.
• He considers any memories from before he met Celty to be unimportant.
• He acknowledges his father is his father, however he doesn’t feel much familial love for him. If any.
• Sometimes he thinks about having kids, but it’s not that important to him. He neither likes nor dislikes kids.
• Most of the time, when he says he’s going to dissect something, he’s joking.
